About Our Manufacturing Process
We are a professional manufacturer specializing in transparent PVC pouches, stationery bags and plastic storage bags, with 25 years of production experience in packaging industry.Every product from our factory follows standardized production procedures to guarantee consistent quality.
- Raw Material Inspection We select food-grade & eco-friendly PVC raw materials. All materials will pass thickness, transparency and tensile testing before entering production.
- Cutting & Thermal Forming According to customer sizes, raw sheets are precisely cut. The grid texture and shape are formed by high-temperature moulding.
- Sewing & Zipper Assembly Workers assemble zippers, woven lanyards and edge trimming. Each seam is carefully reinforced to avoid tearing.
- Quality Control Check Every finished bag goes through visual inspection: checking zipper smoothness, airtightness, stitching defects and appearance flaws.
- Cleaning & Packing Qualified goods are cleaned, sorted and packed. Custom export cartons are available for overseas shipments.
