The client ordered mixed styles including cylindrical transparent pencil cases, macaron fabric pencil bags and mini grid PVC pouches, needing pre-production samples for design confirmation first, then 8,000pcs bulk goods for their new semester sales peak.
Our execution process
- Confirm drawings, logo artwork and material thickness within 2 working days after receiving requirements.
- Arrange sample production, finish sample delivery in 5–7 days.
- After sample approval, schedule production line, conduct raw material incoming inspection before mass production.
- Arrange in-line inspection during processing, perform full quality check before packing.
- Complete bulk production and arrange sea freight loading within agreed lead time.
